Fluffers Break Up Bulk Materials

A fluffer is used to help break up the material to be baled and lower the free density in the bale chamber. Lower free density means material will shear more easily.

The fluffer(s) should be used on all material that is slippery, in stacks, or booklets. Some examples are: ONP, CPO, White Bond, Magazine Stock, and Plastic Bottles.

American Baler Fluffer features:

  • Handles the tough jobs - bulk magazines, newspapers, computer printouts and high grade stock.
  • 3-way hydraulic, pivoting door easily swings out of the hopper for other paper grades and recyclables.
  • Unique aerodynamic cutting head conditions bulk material resulting in denser and more stable bales which can equal higher profits.
  • Eliminates costly start-up and high ongoing operational shredding expenses.

DO NOT FLUFF OCC, STRINGY OR ALUMINUM MATERIAL.
